If you are an inbound tourist visiting the Blue Mountains chat with us about not just transferring you but giving you a bespoke 3-hour local tour of the Blue Mountains which could include sunset, sunrise, Scenic World and the stunning lookouts, waterfalls and hiking trails. Cost for a 3-hour Blue Mountains history tour for up to 21 people – $750. Scenic World tickets, food and beverages not included.
Penrith and Blue Mountains Airport Transfer
- Penrith & Surrounding Suburbs (local government area), we can transfer, you or your group for the set price of $320 each way. One pick up only. Additional pick-up location $45. Maximum 21 guests. Larger numbers by request.
- Blue Mountains: Lapstone to Faulconbridge, we can transfer you or your group for the set price of $365 each way. One pick-up only. Additional pick-up location $45
- Blue Mountains: Linden to Mt Victoria – we can transfer you or your group for the set price of $420 each way. One pick-up only. Additional pick-up location $45. Larger numbers by request.
Blue Mountains Hotel Transfers
- Transfers are available to and from the major hotels and accommodation throughout the Blue Mountains, including but not limited to Lilianfels, The Carrington, Hydro Majestic, Fairmont resort, Parklands, Airbnb and bed and breakfast locations.
- The transfer costs are as per above and we operate 24 hours 7 days a week. If you are arriving at 11pm we will be there to make sure you arrive safely to your accommodation and all guests and securely checked in.
- When booking your airport transfer chat with us about our 3-hour history tour showcasing the highlights of the Blue Mountains. The cost for a 3-hour highlights tour of the Blue Mountains is $750 for up to 21 guests.
Sydney CBD Hotel Airport Transfers
- If you’re flying into the Western Sydney airport and staying in Sydney, we can be waiting to transfer you and/or your group to your hotel or accommodation. Until further notice the transport from Western Sydney Airport is a public bus to a local train station then a train into Central Railway station then either walk or arrange additional transport to your accommodation, however Chapman Tours can be there and transfer you directly to your hotel or accommodation in Sydney taking all the worry out of your arrival in Sydney. The costs are below.

The majority of hotels in the Blue Mountains will not require passports however Sydney Hotels often ask for passport identification. It would be best to have it on hand just in case it is requested.
It varies depending on where you are staying. The majority of hotels are in the Katoomba region so this would be around 1 hour drive from the Western Sydney Airport and a 1 hour 30-minute drive from Mascot. This depends on time of day or night.
No the Blue Mountains is a vast wilderness so we strongly recommend that you either talk with us about a private tour or we can also recommend other operators such as the hop on hop off bus to see the sites of the Blue Mountains.
