Our Blue Mountains Day Tour departs Sydney at around 6:50am following our last pick up at the Grace Hotel. Your pick up time may actually be before that so it’s important that if you don’t hear from our team in the days or weeks prior to your day tour, you message our mobile +61 414 011 252 or contact us on Whats app.
No. Blue Mountains Day Tours cannot pick up at all hotels. Our goal is to always depart Sydney on time as we have a breakfast appointment to attend and an exciting day ahead. We pick up at the following hotels: it’s important all guests are waiting there 10-minutes prior to the nominated pick up time.

Yes. We are the only tour group that includes breakfast and lunch. Most tour groups either allow you free time to walk around a mountains village and purchase at your expense or simply keep driving to the upper Mountains. We believe it’s important to give our guests an all inclusive experience from start to finish. Breakfast and lunch we have options for vegetarian, vegan and halal.
Yes. Our Blue Mountains Day Tour includes all 3 rides at Scenic World. Guests love the excitement of all 3 rides including the worlds steepest railway and we love seeing this excitement.
Yes. Blue Mountains Day Tours knows how important it is to get a magical photo with a Koala and see the beauty of the Kangaroo. A Koala photo is at your cost for a professional photo but if you choose not to have the professional photo, you can take many photos of Koalas with your own camera. Kangaroos will be hopping amongst the guests or lazing around depending on the weather. You can take as many photos with our world famous Kangaroos. There are no professional photos available with Kangaroos only those that you take on your camera.
This is our number one question. Our tour guides are focused all day on ensuring your day runs smoothly. From the moment their alarm clocks go off in the morning they are focused on making sure you see everything we have promised and that includes returning you safely to your hotel with smiles on your faces. Our goal is to always have you returning to Sydney anytime between 4pm and 5pm. This timing is always subject to change due to unexpected traffic conditions.

This is a common question. During the cooler months between May to August we have cool to cold mornings in the Mountains. From September the weather is warming and often we have warm days from September – April. Our summer months are December, January and February. We say it’s always advisable to either bring a jumper/jacket in the cooler months. The warmer months shorts and casual clothing is probably the best advice. Always wear comfortable shoes.
