This day is exclusive for businesses that wish to unite their team and demonstrate the power of self-belief, goal setting and time management. Your day starts with an early morning pick up from your office location. We then head directly to the world heritage listed Blue Mountains where we take you abseiling. This is where you get to push yourself to new limits, through barriers of self-discovery.
Following lunch we then head down the mountain to the site of the 2000 Olympics games in kayaking where you will meet 11 times world champion and 2 time Olympic medalist Jessica Fox. At just 18 years of age Jessica became the youngest medalist in Australian history in Canoe Slalom and 4 years later in RIO she again won an Olympic medal by winning the Olympic Bronze. Jessica shares an awesome story of self belief, time management and goal setting. During her presentation, find out how at just 17 years of age, she trained and at the same time became one of the best students academically in Australia. You get to spend 90-minutes in the rafts with Jess where teamwork and communication is paramount to your staying out of the water.
Her journey will inspire you to return to your office and achieve even greater goals in your business and personal life.

Our Blue Mountains corporate day tour kicks off nice and early as we have a lot to do in just one day. We collect your team from your office at 6.30am and commence our journey west to the world heritage listed Blue Mountains. On arrival we stop at the quaint mountain village of Glenbrook where we have a break for morning tea.
We arrive in Katoomba between 8.30am and 9am for abseiling.
Following your abseiling experience, there is a short break for lunch at one of the regions most historic locations, before heading to the home of the 2000 Olympic Games in Kayaking and canoeing, Penrith Whitewater stadium.
After a short briefing you will be introduced to 11 times world champion and two-time Olympian Jessica Fox who became the youngest Australian in history to win an Olympic medal in Kayak in 2012 in London followed by a Bronze medal in Rio, 2016.
Jess has spoken with tens of thousands of people since winning the Olympic Silver medal in 2012 and looks forward to chatting with you about how she has remained focused to achieve her goals every single day whilst at the same time balancing family and friends. Jess is a sought-after speaker and she looks forward to not just taking you through her journey but jumping in the rafts with you to demonstrate the importance of working as a team, setting your goals and time management – without these three important factors, you may just end up in the water.
Jess is currently focused on staying physically and mentally fit as she sets her goals to represent Australia at the Tokyo 2020 games in both K1 and C1.
